James Conkey
President

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, real estate development, real estate sales and property management, James Conkey has acted as developer and construction manager for his own projects as well as for public and private clients on multi-story office buildings, schools, correctional facilities, shopping centers and business park facilities.  In all, he has successfully completed hundreds of public and private sector projects.

Mr. Conkey’s areas of expertise include: project feasibility, construction management, government interface, financing/ banking relationships, marketing, site acquisition, project management and contract development.  His accounting background has given him a practical focus on budgets, estimating and cost control. His real estate brokering and development training have provided a sharp understanding of site acquisition and development, while his knowledge of general contracting and construction management provide him everyday hands-on practical experience with the fundamentals of getting the job done on time and under budget.  He currently holds licenses as a General Contractor – Class B, General Building Contractor, License #686184.

Mr. Conkey received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.
