Scott Ransdell
Senior Vice President

Mr. Ransdell has more than twenty years of residential, commercial and government building experience.  This experience includes; master planning, cost analysis, design management, environmental sustainability, scheduling and construction.  He has implemented software solutions for project management, cost estimating, project scheduling, resource loading, CADD, 3D modeling, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, risk assessment and construction cost forensics.

Since 2003, Mr. Ransdell has been a part of more than $5.0 Billion in awarded construction projects.  These projects include housing, community centers, administrative facilities and security operation centers.  He has supervised multiple projects in both design build and bid build contracts.  Currently Mr. Ransdell is Senior Vice President of Construction Services for J.R. Conkey & Associates and serves in a similar role for Solar Power Integrators.

Mr. Ransdell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis, is a member of United States Green Building Council and has extensive experience with LEED cost planning and certification.
