Regardless of size or scope, from the projects inception through completion, our planning and implementation practices, coupled with regular milestone reviews with the Construction manager ensure that critical elements of time, cost, scope and quality are all tightly controlled.

Design-Build Projects: We have extensive design-build experience in a variety of areas that you can leverage. Whether it involves managing the standard design-bid-build method including the use of multi-prime contractors, or design-build where a single entity is contracted to provide both the design and construction, our team has the experience and skill sets required to effectively manage your next design-build project.

Lease Lease-Back Projects: Our construction management experience also extends to managing the execution of the lease lease-back delivery system where a developer- contractor is selected to develop new buildings or to improve old buildings by executing a site lease and a facilities lease, then leasing it back to the owner who regains control of the property upon expiration of the leases.

Our construction management experience is extensive and also involves work with piggy-back contracts, CM at risk, developer built projects and many others.  While there can be drawbacks and advantages with each delivery system, we work closely with our clients to assist them on selecting the system best suited to their needs.

Program Management

At JR Conkey & Associates, our experience also extends deeply into program management.
